Ma 110-130 közötti pulzussal tekertem. 20 perc bemelegítés után 5x3 percet mentem 145-150-es pulzussal 1 perc pihenűvel. Utána ismét a 110-130 közötti pulzussal tekertem. De felhagyok a bringával, mert fáj a vállam és a derekam. Legközelebb úszok vagy futok.
