very interesting. 3.13 mins improvement which is great but all of that, which I find unbelievable was in the downhill. My 5 km time was 1 sec different from last 2 weeks ago. It was 3rd time lucky from the point of view that I was able to run the whole way which was satisfying. Of course, it is possible that I might not have been faster uphill than 2 weeks ago but it was much easier for me which was why I could make up so much time on the downhill. My uphill time was 36.00 (4.52,6.44,8.30,6.19,7.34,2.00 - 5.25 kms) and my downhill 24.48 (5.15,4.15,5.07,4.48,4.07,1.17-15.1 av - 5.32 kms)
