It was the right decision to just do a lap of the Old Lake as I was tired, and what was interesting was that it was my legs rather than my lungs which were the limiting factor. Still no Ps. There was a wind but, fortunately, it was in the right direction. The same course but 110 metres shorter according to my watch. Good!!!!!! 4.40,4.47,4.48,4.49,4.59,4.47,4.36,16.2 av. The usual slowest km the 5th and after that I could feel myself starting to try harder.
