Edzésleírás
Egy kicsit a tegnapinál is hosszabb táv, és valamivel gyorsabban is futottam, igaz, kevesebb szinttel és terep nélkül könnyebb is volt. A pulzusmérő megint bekrepált, így csak tippelni tudok, de alighanem magas volt. A végefelé, a 27. és 29. km között futottam 10 darab fokozót is, kissé fáradt lábakkal és némi ellenszélben nem estek éppen habkönnyen.
