A tempós rész 7. Kilométerénél a jobb vallam es nyakam alatti részen kis gyengülest éreztem. Lehet hogy ott volt a vége a sebessegbek... bár mióta futok, egyszer sem volt ilyen gyors 10 km-em. (4:22-es átlag)
