Edzésleírás
So, my first winter run. Got up, I think, at 5.12 which explains my early start time. Of course that's one reason it was a winter run. Set off dressed as normal except for wearing a headband for my ears, got as far as the gate and came back to go to the toilet and put more clothes on- a 3rd layer on top, my Nike jacket, and change into my orange and black Dec bottoms. I had decided to go to the OL via the long Cseke route as I wanted to do some longer runs. This was the minimum which means leaving the OL at the Albatrosz. I was fortunate that it was an even day as I didn't want to do a whole OL the first time. 2 interesting things happened. The first was that I had maybe 5 Ps, due to wind. The 2nd was that, maybe for the first time ever, I lost my satellite connection on the far side, twice. As a result my distance is an estimate on the basis of my speed in the 9 kms. What is good news though is that according to the Időkép website it's going to get warmer with next Tues/Weds a max of plus 10!!!, and maybe plus 2 at night.
