So was supposed to do a 2-lap run of the Old Lake yesterday but because I slept so badly - woke up 2 in the morning and couldn't go back to sleep - I postponed it to today. Then what should happen but I slept badly again, this time aking up at 3 in the morning and I ended up doing just the 1 lap, unfortunately, but I must do the 2 laps tomorrow even though it will mean using the alarm. Lovely weather and didn't even try to push it so my I was only brreathing hard towards the end. Maybe there is a connection between not being able to empty my bowels sufficiently in the morning and my bad sleeping and it's intersting how the former started first.
