I1m just guessing at the temperature but It definitely wasn't cold! Did Baji-hegy again and I was able to take advantage of going in the "wrong" direction last time by going in the "wrong direction again. Last time I ran for 5 kms which tokk me a little bit up the hill, this time I went the other way and ran 7 kms which took me into the trees but not as far as the first station. What was notable that uphill I wasn't running on my toes due to my lower left leg. Next time I will go the anti-clockwise way and do 6 kms before turning round which won't take me much further than today but I would imagine at least to the first station but it all depends on the trains. If the crossing is closed and I go via the Cseke lake then it might not even be as far up the hill as today as that way if definetly further. The wind had changed direction a bit and wasn't against after Baji-hegy. The change of wind direction has brought better with it. 1 Ps after 2.96 kms which just got me to the Agosztyán road.Ran in my Tri shoes again and I'm going to run in them all the time, at least if it's not significantly off-road. Both my lower legs, esp. my left, plus my rear part of my right foot sole still hurt. 4.53,5.06,4.42,4.53,4.55,4.58,7.16 (this km started at the exact bottom of the hill),5.15(I wasn't exactly bombing down the hill!!!),4.41,4.48,4.54,4.59,4.38,15.3 av.
