Slept very badly which is why I only did 1 lap instead of the planned 2, but I'm hoping to go tomorrow which I think would be better than Friday bearing in mind that there is the race on Saturday. Decided to wear my Tri shoes and I had no problem with them. As you can see by my time I was significantly faster - whether that was the shoes I don't know.
