Executed the run which I decided on after Monday's run, so am very pleased. 2 Ps in the first 4 .5 kms, a result I would imagine of eating virsli sandwiches at 21.30 last night. Ran to Baji-hegy the short way, up to the trees and then back the long way. A strong wind in my face from Baji-hegy until the last uphill. 4.59,5.17,4.57,4.52,5.02,6.58,4.28,4.58,4.50,4.58,5.05,4.15,13.7 average. Was good training for Sunday due to the downhill in Újhegy.
