As you can see by my time it was a very relaxed run although, having said that, the wind was strong and being an odd day I ran into it and I'm curious what some of my km splits are. I wasn't very active this morning, God knows why, and maybe that explains why I wasn't going to the tiolet like I've been doing recently and I felt very bloated before setting off, so it I was even risking it by doing my normal run, but at least I could get beyond the Platán before I had to stop and later I had to stop again. I was actually worried about going running today after the way my body so quickly reacted after Tuesday's training, which is why I took it very easy. My watch was "slow" at the beginning this morning my first km definitely being long, but this doesn't show in the distance recorded as I added a bit on after my first Ps, although I did forget to do the "hill".Ran with my bag on as I went to the bakery on the way home. My upper left leg is still hurting. 4.57,4.39,4.43,4.49,4.46,4.53,5.06,4.50,4.52,4.38,14.6 average. Yeah you can see where the wind was really strong.
