Since Sunday i hadn't done done any running, first of all due to my knee, and then due possibly my left achilles which has hurt since the cycling. Yesterday I bought a knee support and I wore that today plus my left leg compressor sleeve, and I was able to walk. I was obviously careful at the beginning, but later it was no problem, until I stopped at the bakery and then when I restarted my achilles hurt at the beginning. I want to do the Iszikiri 65 on Saturday so this was good news. I was disappointed with my km splits with nothing approaching 7 mins, but I even cycled to the dentist's later, with less problems than yesterday. I came up with the idea today that my target would be 75 mins as that would be 8 km/hr and 7.30/km, but I just missed it. I remembered to do the hill, and as that way is obviously shorter I had to walk past my house in order to get the 10 kms in. 7.57,7.39,7.37,7.27,7.17,7.33,7.20,7.22,7.36,7.32
