DISASTER - I'm injured. I'm writing this the next day. I can walk no problem, but I wouldn't want to try and run. It's my right leg above the ankle. There were signs last week, but yesterday, boom, suddenly serious, so no running on Weds. Did the usual run, but it was longer as I had to pop in to the health centre, which was good as I could use the toilet for my 1 PS, and I also pop into Rossman's. Looked at the temp before I went and minus 1, minus 2 , but it was very sunny and, by the time I got back it was plus 1, plus 3 so I was overdressed. 3 tops, but took my jacket off during the run, only grey gloves which I didn't take off but sweated in and warm Decathlon bottoms which I didn't need. As, I'm assuming, farting around with the watch because of Yoli, didn't get km splits but what was interesting was that during the run the watch didn't beep after every km which was really weird, but maybe better. I'm not sure.
