Well I fucked up there. I knew I would need to go to the toilet soon, but nos that soon. I had run a very slow 4.44 which go me to the top of the inline on Revai Street and I had to stop and I couldn't even walk to the car park without shitting my pants. If I'm in that situation again I will cycle to the OL ang then I will get to a shitting place quicker. Hadn't planned such a short run but I soon realised the previous 6 days running was catching up on me, my left knee hurt, my right calf and you can see by my time how tired I was. Never mind I've still done very well with over 90 kms within a week which I am sure is a record since I have been keeping these records. I was lucky with the weather as there had been torrential since yesterday evening which only stopped this morning.
