unbelievable. I hadn't done a proper run since last Friday and what happened? 4 shits within 29 minutes,and I had another one when I came home, It was 6 degrees when I set out and '§ when I got home. The third shit was at the kayak club at 21 minutes. There I met Abel and one of his colleagues called Istvan, and then Sanyi came. Was 54.06 to the bakery and was hoping to get under 59 minutes but it wasn't to be. Have just checked and it turns out that was easily my fastest on this route as I had only ducked under 60 minutes not 59, and that was only once and just - 59.50. I was 18.34 to the OL. Wore the thinner bottoms, the thinner T-shirt and no gloves. Tomorrow I plan to run in the thick blue T-shirt and no Adidas jacket.
