I killed myself today. God know when was the last time I did the Gorba. It wasn't my plan. I had wanted to run on the road to Vértesszölös below Baj-hegy, via Agostyan, but running through Újhegy I realised it was still too icy off-road so I had to run in the Agostyan direction and lo and behold what happened!!! I hadn't been able to have a shit in the morning and knew it was a risk running in that direction as could feel I would need a shit soon but I thoiught "fuck it, let's go for it." I couldn't even get as far as I had last time before I needed a shit, but that wasn't the big problem but the next shit. By the time I got to the track which I had originally planned to use to go to Baj-hegy, just before Agostyan, it was too late, and of course I had forgot to repace the toilet roll I keep in my Adidas top. I ended up using all the toilet roll I had on me, plus the paper hankies, esp. as I had another small shit at the same place coming back. I even had to take my underpants off as they were so shitty. Now I've got to wash them, my running bottoms and my Adidas top, so all-in-all a good job. The first shit was at 11 mins and the second at 32. At the point , when I noticed that there was shit on my blue Adidas top I started thinking I would run home, but then I thought "fuck it" yet again and continued. It was really lucky that I had my orange bag with me, esp. when you consider I never even went to the bakery in the end. The weather was much warmer and I had already decided I would start wearing my orange and black bottoms as the green and black  were too warm but of course the shitting  has given me no choice anyway. It was actually only plus 3 when I started but had warmed up to over 8 by the time I got back so the plus 6 is an average. My memory had been that I had guesstimated 20 kms for this run and so was pleased when I saw the distanced on Yolanda's phone which I had borrowed, but I was disappointed when it turned out I had actually written down 20.5 It turns out that the phone records km splits.. 6.18 was my slowest going up the hill and 4.04 the fastest going down. it was 10.02 kms to the top and 54.02 so back, when I didn't have any snow problems, was  45.56. 5.05,6.06,7.38,5.01,5.01,5.11,5.14,6.18,5.47.5.53,4.49,4.04,4.10,4.23,4.33,5.03,4.45,4.50,4.37,5.04

20.14 So I totally destroyed myself, but I did it. It crossed my mind that I should run on Saturday and Sunday instead of my planned Friday and it looks like that will happen because of my teaching tomorrow.
