What a stonking run! :) this is what running is all about
A terrain half marathon, and a great time considering I was running on mud sometimes in the first half and I occasionally had to stop. I must not try out too many little trails in the forest :) Sometimes I had to turn around as the small tracks disappeared and I ran into trees and bushes.
I saw several deer in the forest (national park) and also I think I saw wild boar.
Towards the end I pushed it up and finished on a nice strong pace. Interesting how I can just keep stepping and resist the signals from my body. Now can I do that for 20km? Probably.
But I doubt I can for 40K - but still another month.
