Came hime early - I wasn't sure about this one after yesterday's run and I was tired at the begining, but after a long warm up I got into it.
This was half terrain, half bike path. A bit chilly, but good.
I was surprised at the end to be running sub 5m kms, nice that my laza futases (excuse my Hunglish) are getting faster as well.
A swim tomorrow and then a day of pain Friday 10 x 800m intervals - yuck! No Nick to compete against / encourage either....
