10km normál futás utánbelefutottam pár repülőt és nekiálltam 10km-t fokozni,de fejben se voltam ott és nagyon meleg is lett,szóval nem ment végül 8km lett belőle utána kis kocogás és 1km erős 3:27. majd levezetés
