Edzésleírás
reggel nagyon fáradt voltam, de a bem. alatt helyre pattantam 5km után 10km lendületes 3:57, 3:48,3:55, 3:54,3:50, 3:51, 3:48,3:50, 3:46, 3:44 az elején próbáltam beállni a 3:55-ös tempóra, majd a 3:50 körlire így sikerült..az eleje nagyon könnyen esett,azért a végére kezdtem elfáradni egy kicsit, mondjuk gyorsultam is
