I have been injured, so have taken time off running. 

I need to keep going with other sprots, and so went for a nice long bike ride.

Up beyond Vac and up Naszaly - that is a tough hill! I need hills for Balatonman practice though.

This time includes quite a bit of stopping and walking - I'd say probably 30 mins or so. At times, I was really pedalling fast, a really good pace - I had to hurry back as I had no lights on my bike :)

The spinning has really made a difference to my cycling skills. I should start earlier next year.

I have one technique problem that I am having to pull my head back a long way to see ahead, and that was begining to cause back / nech ache issues at the end. I'll need to raise the handlebars or something.

At the end, I was thinking that if I am comfortable with 60K bike ride already, then can I do the full ironman this year? However I need to go slow..... Let me approach 90K and see where I am.
