Marathon plan said 6 miles steady, I have been feeling the foot, so want to rest it. I also need to prepare for triathlon, so cycling is logical - a change is as good as a rest! Plus my gym membership will expire, so I wanted to get value from it.
The damned machine had a maximum of 25 minutes, so twice had to quickly reset it.
I am please I could keep going and up the pace with less pain. Maybe I am getting used to it, though this cycling is tedious! constant pain, maybe mild, but it requires mental stamina to push through.
Next cycling sessions will be spinning classes - yuck!
