Started my marathon plan.
First intervals for a long long time - since Sep 2 it seems! This was hard. 4 miles - 3 minute break between each one.
I feel an ache in my mid left foot afterwards. I hope it is not an injury! It is not bad, but I have to listen to my body....
I'll probably need to mix in cycling and swimming to take the pressure off.
Wow i am slow - last resztav was 25 seconds faster per mile, I was sub 4 min/km pace... I have some work to do!
