Just a small loosener. I read that a common mistake is that runners don't lean forward enough - specifically that the lower back needs to be more forward to put the body into line.
So I tried that, I think it's right and explains that I haven't really adjusted my running style all the way. I felt that I was finally falling forwards a bit - something I haven't had yet.
Hopefully this small change will make a difference.
