A long warm-up, I wasn't sure if I was going to do intervals or a tempo run. Eventually towards the end of the warm-up I decided on a tempo run.

I felt good in this tempo run - it was hardwork, but I managed to keep the pace going to the end and I think accelerated at the end. I'd love to know my pace for the last 400m, I was fast! :)

I think that my legs still have room to increase speed, but my breathing and core are the limits now. I believe the power breather has helped, but I probably need to use it twice a day again from now on, I need to improve it more.

Slight change in style means that I am really using gravity well when running downhill - allows me to rest more
