Not the best run. I should have been faster and better.
I had planned to run 10 x 800 hill intervals. It was hard going and I was a lot faster than last time I did this.
I think I could have done it, but then my Blackberry packed up - because it was wet i believe. So i adjusted the run half way through to a fartlek - ahhh they are hard, but probably good for me as well.
As a result the run was shorter than I expected, but still a good work out.
I seem to have lost something after the marathon, I need to work to get that speed back. Maybe I should do more fartleks - even if I do hate them.
