Was supposed to do 2 laps if I wanted to do 70 kms this week, but soon decided 1 lap would be enough - I could feel yesterday in my legs. Had 2 coffees yesterday, the second about 16.15, and that was obviously a mistake as I woke very early and got up before Yolanda. The advantage though was that I went running earlier and the lake was beautiful. Had an early poo poo after 5.48. Stopped for a wee wee but decided I would shit as I had stopped.
