Again planned a long run, and again gave up. It was even a struggle to get to the 2nd station. Coming back I was motivated to run faster, partly because I wanted to push it, and partly because I wanted to beat yesterday's time which I was able to do very convincingly. Mind you I would imagine most of that different was coming back, although I was 7 secs faster to where I leave my keys.
