shorts,SSTS, NRJ. Wasn't easy, wanted to give up after the first lap, but told myself I had to run minimum of 30 mins. The 2nd half of the 3rd lap I started feeling stronger. 1 poo poo after 13 mins. It occurred to me today whilst running that maybe I'm also not running fast because of the 4 days climbing in the last 10 days.
