Trackies and SLT. 1 poo poo after 9.18. Never felt like I needed another one after that. The wind was in completely the opposite direction. Had no idea how I would run. Thought after yesterday even a 47 would be possible, so was pleased with the time. Of course, at the same time, I was disappointed not to break 46, but I was sprinting in our street, and way prostrate at the end.
