Only 1 poo poo (after 8 mins) WOW!!! Wore Trackies and SLT, but could have run without Trackies, but I wanted to take more toilet roll!!! A classic case of not pushing myself at the end, and thus failing to break 46 mins. Forgot to mention yesterday that suddenly the hardest toe touching exercise was much easier yesterday, and it was the same today. There was a tightness in my shoulders on the 3rd lap, which wasn't a good sign.
