Edzésleírás
Hosszú bemelegítés gyanánt elsétáltam egészen a TV-toronyig, onnan indult a futás. A múlt vasárnapihoz hasonlóan dombos, terepes úton, de kényelmes tempóban. Az induláskor 6-7 fok volt még csak, de aztán gyorsan felmelegedett.
