Edzésleírás
Attilával és Csabival szerveztünk egy közös edzést, Szombathelyig autóval, és onnan Kőszeg oda-vissza bringával, méghozzá mindkétszer az Írottkőn keresztül. Oda és vissza is kb 500 m szint, emlékeim szerint soha nem másztam még ilyen hosszú hegyet biciklivel, szóval nagy kihívás volt. Félúton bőséges ebéd a kőszegi Kék Huszárban, nem volt egyszerű elindulni utána, ráadásul rögtön nekiugrani még egyszer a hosszú emelkedőnek. Fölfelé bőven próbálgathattam a különböző áttéteket, lassan kezdek ráérezni, mikor mit érdemes csinálni. Azért összességében sokkal kisebb rutinom van még mindig az országútival, mint két edzéstársamnak, de pont ezért nagyon sokat tanulhatok ezekből a közös edzésekből, még akkor is, ha a szélárnyékukban is a túlélésért küzdök leginkább. Nagyon hasznos és értékes edzés volt, gyönyörű tájakon.
