Edzésleírás
A szigeten 3x3km tempo kozte 1p. Nagy csapat volt, csak baratok. Dr Dani es Sz Zoli vallaltak a gyorsabb tempot, Pintyo es Robi kicsut lassabban. Azt mondtam rajt elott a 3:45-t celozzuk meg, ez a tobbieknek is tetszett. Az elso 3:42 korul szinten a masodik majd a 3.ban 3:37. Vegig jol ment. Az elejen tunt kicsit gyorsnak de aztn felporogtem. A 3.kozepen volt kis belevaltas, itt Zoli kiszallt es Dani is lemaradt par lepest, utana mar nem engedtem ki. Nagyon jol ment meg hazafele is ment a gyors mert siettem. Eleg jo formaban vagyok.
