Having not run since Weds it was hardly a surprise that I was awake at 02.00 o'clock. This long break from running was for 2 reasons - the first reason being thatI was very tired on Weds afternoon and Thurs evening so despite waking up early enough on Friday I decided to give the running a miss as I knew I was going climbing and then on Sat I was too tired from the climbing.
Ran to the OL the shorter Cseke lake way, then ran round the OL anti-clockwise until the end of the trees, then up to the bike path and then along the path in the Tb direction until not far from the Vértesszőlős turn-off which took me to 13 kms, then back to the OL, completing the lap, running to Új út, then Mikovényi út, then Jászmin and home.
7 ps!!!!!!!!!!
Wore NB and NIke which was lucky as it wasn't warm.
