Vértesi Bárlangozás 25 with Dávid. I hadn't run all week and was worried about doing this run but went because of Dávid. I hadn't run all week because I had had or, maybe, I have had a cold, which I picked up after last weekend when Éva first finished with me, Friday night's accommodation was awful and then Sunday involved nearly 19 kms off-road running in hot weather with lots of hills followed by climbing without a shower.
They've changed the route, unfortunately, but, still, I enjoyed it. As I didn't do the walk officially, I didn't have a shit as I wanted before the start so I had to have one before Kőhányás. There there is a water pump which Dávid wanted to use and I availed myself of as I thought "why not?".
i took it very easy early onand only pushed for a very short period when Dávid went well.

I was hoping to meet Éva but no luck.
