Wow, I'm very pleased with that time esp. as 6.56 kms was off-road and I felt very tired before I set off as yesterday was a Budapest shopping day. Because of yesterday the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere in the car and I needed to run a minimum of 20 kms to reach my weekly target so I came up with the idea of the bike pathto DUnaalmás and then back on the green path. I added on maybe a 150 metres due to a ps at nearly 6 kms at which point I took off my RHs. I also wore an NB. 2 ps.
4.53,4.38,4.39,4.44,4.43,4.47,4.35,4.26,4.34,4.33 Wow, I didn't know how much I picked it up after the ps - maybe taking the RHs off? 4.56,6.37,6.36,5.22,4.38,4.47,4.41,4.49,4.41,4.36,4.52,13.2 av. So thte hill oat the beginning of the green path isn't very serious if I'm running 6 mins sth per km.
As a half marathon is 21.0975 kms that works out as 143.27 for the half.
