out and back on the bike path to Dunaalmás with 1 ps after 3 kms. A reverse of the usual with the headwind being onthe outbound half and it felt the strongest yet. I prefer the reverse wind direction. IN NIke and KLs and took the Nike off soon after starting back.
4.42,4.49,4.54,5.01,5.10,4.48 the 4th and 5th kms were the most exposed. 4.31,4.29,4.34,4.42,4.48,4.53 as you can see I was getting slower and slower on the last 3 kms - I was tired but at least i did what I set out to do and got my target for the week.
