Wow, I've lost a lot of fitness - mind yu I slept very badly which I'm sure didn't help. Out and back on the cycle path to Dunaalmás with 2 Ps. Wind coming from the South which would explain the warm weather. Yesterday decided to wearthinner Dec bottoms but I did wear my thicker Dec top under my Nike plus black gloves and cap thinking it was raining. As it happens it wasn't raining so soon took the cap off and later took the NIke off. The NB top would have been better as well. Had to carry gloves and put door key in them so in future KL gloves and leave key at home.
I'm curious how much slower I was than the last time I did this run. Let's look now! Turns out the last time I did this run was the 16th Noy and I was exactly a minute faster so not too bad.

So a minute and a half slower coming back and I really died in the last 2 kms, but in Nov my return leg was even slower - 1.49
