This section was just road and took us to the village of Kamenica 6.17,10.30,7.07,7.58,7.44,5.34, This part was the hilly and very muddy off -road part. 4.31,4.28,4.12,4.46, This was part was on the road again and downhill. 5.10,6.13,5.21,6.02,6.05,5.38,11.2 av. This is where I lost my motivation as the shit markings sent me the wrong way and I ended mixing short walks plus running which shows in the km splits. Wow, the highest km week this year - the last time I ran over 60 kms was the 2nd week of April and there was 1 earlier week of over 60, but both they were 61/62 kms. Today's run BTW was the Szent László hadosztály nyomában walk, organised by Órbán Imre. There was a possibility to do another 17 kms in the Börzsöny with lots more climbing and I took stuff on the basis I might do it, but I decided I should use my brain- due the shit markings I added on 3 kms to the advertised 32.9, although it's possible a bit was added on due to a relocation of the starting/finishing point., and already got myself a recorded week without pushing it and I've olso been climbing this week, albeit only for about 2 1/2 hrs. Didn't really go to toilet at home, but under the influence of a Brioche on the way there was able to go there before settiing off, but still needed a Ps after a few kms. I was the first person to finish the 35 km walk, but not by a lot due to missing the turn off in the last village and adding on a good 2 kms, plus all the farting around involved with finding the right way. On the way home in the car I was having difficulty not falling asleep at the wheel. Wow, I've just had a look at the training list for today, at 17.07, and out of 298 training entries, I am the longest run!!!!! It turns out Imre updated the distance to 33.8 kms so I only added on 2 kms.
