I slept well last night, going to bed before 10.00 as I was so tired and opening my eyes in the morning when it was light, but it doesn't seem to have been enough as I soon realised I was tired and originally I decided to cut the run down to a 10 km out and back, rather than the long and short Cseke, OL combo. I thought I would join the OL at the kayak klub and do an extra km in the day's direction but then I thought I might as well continue round the OL and then home, and this is what I did. Great weather helped. 3 Ps, the 1st 2 in the CL part. 4.56,4.58,5.08,4.47,4.45,4.57,4.51,4.51,4.42,4.50,4.47,13.2 av. My left calf till hurts and I was worried I would have to cut short my run but, thank God, I didn't have to. So, as you can see by my km splits I was tired.
