Wanted to get in the 50 kms for the week, which I had originally planned to reach by running at least 24 kms in the Sopron hills today but as I had been able to run there yesterday, albeit significantly shorter, I came up with the idea of doing my basic run, today.. It was difficult to get out and I only really managed it on the third attempt but maybe the weather had sth to do with it as it was and is raining, although not heavily. Having said that I did wear my NIke rain jacket and a cap the whole way. As I was coming home I realised that I might have run the risk of sleeping badly again on the basis that my present theor is that I sleep badly when I overdo the running. This is especially relevant now as, and this was a big shock for me, this is the first time since Feb that I have run 3 days on the trot - this shows you how badly my running has gone this year. 1 Ps after 1.38 kms. 4.47,4.56,4.48,4.50,4.43,4.35,4.22. I also wanted to run today as I wouldn't have been able to run tomorrow as I have too much work. Monday morning - yes, I did sleep badly and it also crossed my mind as to when I had last run 5 times in one week and the answer is also Feb this year.
