Everything is an estimate as I originally didn't think I would do an OL although when I set out that was my plan, but as I got into it, it was no problem and I'm very glad I did it. 1.09 the first 250 metres, then4.47,5.01,4.42,4.57,4.43,4.42,3.52 the last 850 metres. Wasn't quite the Szomor 23 which I had originally planned but still, after training yesterday it's OK. I piited 1 more time.
