So wanted to do the full Baji-hegy and again I failed but in a much better way than I when gave up a couple of hundred metres from the church. I felt good while doing my exercises (no press-ups version) with plenty of energy, until I did the back exercises at the end. That was a bad sign but I was determined not too fail again, esp. having done the easy exercises version due to the expected hill running. The weather was great and when I set off running from the church no problem - 4.53 for the first km, no problem, but when I started the hill it was a different matter and I gave up after reaching the 2nd station, having already stopped at the crosses to take off my T-shirt and stow it behind the crosses along with my keys. I then decided I would do up to the 2nd station again. That was hard, so hard in fact, that I was walking at the beginning of the downhill. In order to at least get it to an OL distance I ran back via the main road to Baji-hegy. Wore my off-road Asics whcih aren't good from the laces point of view and I had to stop 2x to do them up again. This was my 4th run in 5 days so maybe this was the problem and I intend to run tomorrow as I want to do my long run on Saturday this week - 32 kms. I f I manage to run tomorrow that will be my 5th run in 6 days, something I haven't done since the first week in Feb of this year. No Ps!!! 4.53,6.44,7.28,5.22,9.25,4.40,4.28,14.7 av.
