Didn't run yesterday as I should have done as I was worried I would get a cold plus I didn't really have time as I went climbing. What I would like to do is go again tomorrow. Hopefully I can. Anyway to get back to today, it was great to get under 33 minutes and to have no km slower than 4.40. What's more I had no Ps. Wore a T-shirt. 4.35,4.33,4.32,4.36,4.40,4.37,4.24,14.8 av. The slow sprint finish show you I had been working hard earlier.
