So this time short-sleeved Tee, next time shorts. Did up to the 2nd stácio today, but it was a real struggle and not giving up was the hardest part. I was very slow going, but much better coming back and I could the benefits of running in my Tri shoes. 58 metres climbing to the bottom of baji-hegy and 136 metres to the 2nd stácio. My present normal 1 Ps was only after 10.56 kms. Crossed the railway both times next to Baj station. 4.57,4.49,5.00,5.01,5.11,8.14,8.06,4.42,4.49,4.38,4.49,4.37,14.4 average. Left big toe isn't in a good state. I hope it's not broken. Realised today that, unfortunately, I'll have to get up an hour earlier on Sunday as the clocks change. Fuck it! A lot slower today than my previous baji-hegy runs. Longer uphill with the added part being the steepest, plus the added part was also very slow downhill.
