Did the 20 kms I wanted to do today, but not in the way I had imagined. Had been hoping to go climbing today, but the weather put the kybosh on that. My plan for the 20 was Baji-hegy and then in the Gerecse. I wanted to be back before 11.30 because of the climbing but, as it tuned out I just missed that. AS i mentioned on Thurs my right upper leg hurt while running on Thurs and today at the beginning it was much worse. I even stopped after a couple of 100 mertres and thought about giving up, but no. I then decided I would do the usual Baji-hegy but, in the end, I at least went to the first "stacio". I knew I had to go back via the training camp in order to pick my things kelf at the KIncsesbánya walk, from Horváth Zoli. Anyway, I aslo knew that the Ország futás was starting at 09.30 in Baj, and, lo and behold, who should I see after just starting but them. I went with them to near the kayak club, by which time I had run nearly 11 kms. I then ran to Vértesszőlős at my speed and then tried to run back. I say tried as my left foot started hurting again and I eventually gave up running at the end of the new cycle path. I then walked 3.7 kms home. 5.14,5.08,5.01,4.52,5.13,8.01,5.18,4.43,5.37,5.37,5.26,5.32,5.03,5.07,  (),4.58,4.54,5.02,5.01,5.11,5.08,12.8 average. 2 PSs In the Baji-hegy part of the run.
