To be honest I don't remember the strength of the wind, so I'm just guessing. Went to bed early early on Friday night and was up at 05.00 Sat morning which was really good as I had thought I would only be running 4 times this week and was wondering if I was capable of doing 20 kms on Sunday so as to reach the targetted minimum of 50 kpw. Ran home-OL lap-home and it was really good running through the town as it was so quite. Warmer so didn't have to wear the warm mittens. Did the incline for the first time. 4.45,4.42,4.51,4.43,4.46,4.52,4.45,4.54,5.52,4.41,14.6 average.
