Yesterday evening felt tired and didn't want to put alarm but did, but this morning I totally ignored it and ended up getting up at maybe 09.15. I needed the rest becuse I haven't been sleeping well due my fall on Saturday. Anyway was able to do all my stretching exercises and I actually wanted, at first, to go running without my tracksters on but decided to play safe and I think that was a good decision. Of course I started off very carefully and, by coincidence I had to wait to cross 2 roads. Didn't have any breakfast as I wasn't hungry and I stopped for 2 shits, at 9.29 and 24.09.
