After a 2 week break, tried running from home again, and again, only did the short run. Let's see how I am. This was first run in the warm weather. It was only 23 but that was warm enough for me. 1 shit after 6.45. The GPS only measured 5.97 but I think it didn't well again as it seemed my 3rd km was 5.02 which was definitely not true. Had another shit as soon as I got home. I ralised what "darabos" means as that was how I felt early on. Last night I was in a good state and decided to put the alarm on for 6 o'clock and that I would go running today. Eventually I did but I was very scared to go, but the idea of going to the Nyerges 40 on Saturday motivated me. 5.19,7.38 (shit),4.28,4.20,7.38 ( bakery),4.24 (0.97 km). I measured 9.36 for 2 kms which would mean I spent 3.21 on the shit. I've just noticed now that it says 4.28 for my 3rd km, but it spoke when it was 5.02. very interesting. 4.47 from the bakery.
